A friend recommended Lynn at Dreamstart after he had started taking lessons with her and went on to pass his test first time. I was really keen to get started and the first thing Lynn did was to arrange to come and meet me and my Mum, which I thought was a really good idea – before I parted with any money!
I got on really well and enjoyed the lessons with Lynn. She made it interesting as well as encouraging me to think about what I was doing and how I could affect other people on the road. Unfortunately I didn’t do so well with my theory, and after a couple of attempts lost the motivation.
Earlier this year I got on with it and passed. It was really nice to ring Lynn and felt that she went out of her way to arrange lessons at times that suited my work schedule. I was always involved in what we should work on, and looked at what I was good at, as well as sorting out problems.
Driving has really helped me build my confidence and now I have a car and don’t need to rely on walking or taking buses to go to work, or out with friends. I would recommend Lynn to anyone who wants to enjoy their lessons and be part of it, she never seemed to get stressed and was always keen to help me with the theory as well as the practical side.
